218 <br />Friday May 26th, 1905. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. 1A. All members present. <br />Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 347 postponed until Friday Jene 9th2 1905 <br />at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll and Final estimate for grading on Michigan avenue <br />Under Improvement Resolution No. 2142 postponed until Saturday May 27th, 1905, at LOAM <br />Petition filed by Mary Nimetz, stating that she is owner of Lot .No Four in <br />Isaac Ford's Sub -division of the South part of Out Lot_Sixty of the Out Lots of the <br />town now city of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana Excepting therefrom <br />thirty-five feet in width off and from the north side of said sub -lot. <br />That on February 11, 1901, the above described property was sold to Willard. <br />Marble for $29.40 for her alleged failure to pay for the South Scott street sewer <br />connection alleged. to have been placed upon the above described real estate. <br />Your petitioner further shown that on March 12, 1903 a deed for this property <br />was given by the City of South Bend to said Willard Marble on his surrender of such <br />tax certificate obtained by him at said sale. <br />Your petitioner further shown your honorable body and allege it to be true, <br />that no sewer connection for the,South Scott street sewer was made upon the land above <br />described -------- ------ <br />WHEREFORE she asks that your Honorable body take steps to have said sale set <br />aside and declared void and that her title to said real estate be quieted as against <br />any claim of Williard Marble, in the wayusually adopted by your Honorable Body in <br />cases of this kind. <br />Signed, Mary Nimetz. <br />President. <br />
