21 sday May 24th,1905. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 269. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That am improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading Eddy street from South Bend avenue to the curb line on St. Vincent street_oing west and South line of St. Vincent street going east and constructing cement curbing and sidewalks. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the EDDY STREET GRADE CURB & WALK and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of June 1905. at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 24th day of May 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an, improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement sidewalks on Johnson street from Bertrand street to Longley avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the JOHNSON STREET WALKS and shall be constructed accord- ing to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of IUiay and on the 2nd day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Construct ion of a Pipe Sewer in and along Lindsey street from Burrough street to Scott street and on Scott street from Lindsey street to a point near Portage avenue and from Lindsey street on Scott street to a point near Michigan avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the SCOTT AND LINDSEY STREET PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according. to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the-13th day of June, 1905, at;7 15 P. M. Adopted this 24th day of May, 1905. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the HARRISON AVENUE PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of May and on the 2nd day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Construct- ion of a Pipe Sewer in and along Tutt street foom Prairie avenue to the end of the present brick sewer on Tutt street. Said sewer shall be known and designated as the TUTT STREET PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.
