Resolved by .the Board of Public Works of� the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location andterminal points as follows: Grading and construction of cement walks and curbs on Fisher street from Harris street to the 2nd alley west of Harris street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the FISHER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of May and on the 10 th day of May,mlg05, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 16th day of May, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 29th day of April, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 261 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading Koseiuszko street from Dunham street to Sample street and constructing cement walks and curbs. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the KOSCIUSZKO STREET GRADE CURB & WALK and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the'3 day of May and on the 10 day of May, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will ^ive a hearing on this resolution at its offic-e in the City Hall on the 16th day of May, 1905E at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 29th day of April, 1905. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; Construction of cement concrete curbs and walks on the east side of Frances street from Wayne street to the Grand Trunk Western Ry. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the FRANCES STREET WALKS & CURBS and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of May and on the 10 day of May, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the WAYNE STREET WALKS & CURBS and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of May and on the loth day of May, 1905. in the South Bend Daily Times .
