FILOTirm The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Contract signed with'Henri DeVos & Co for sewer connection.on Scott street. Contract signed 'with Chas Cousennes & Co for sewer connections on Laurel street. Qontract signed with Wm. Draper for water connections on Laurel street and Robertson street. i Contract signed with Hipolit Hysko for water connections on R b street. Contract signed with Thomas Williams for water connections on Scott street, Hill street and Monroe street. E Remonstrance filed aginst the Howard street Pipe Sewer. Improvement Resolution No. 251 adopted on the.7th day of April, 1905, for Pipe Sewer on Howard street from Leeper avenue to St. Louis street, rescinded, by the following vote,- Capt. Niear & Mr. Papczynski voting Aye and Mr. McInerny voting Naye. South Bind Electric Co were notified to turn on the Park lights May lst, 1905. Petition for the opening of Hoke street referred to the Engineer. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 19. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of .the.City of South Bend, Indiana: That the following described.property be appropriated for the use of said city: A strip of land three feet in width north and south off of and from the entire North side of Four (4) in Rockstroh's First Addition to the City of South Bend. And a strip of land three feet in width North and south off of and from the entire south side of lot five in said addition. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation. Lot Four Rockstrohs First Addition to South Bend. Mrs. Sack. Lot Five Do. M. M. Dinan. Lots 6.7,9,9,10,11,12.13 in Dinan's Sub Division . lots 362372387392407 41 of Rockstrohs Second Add.. M. M. Dinan. The purpose of such appropriation is to hake Dinan Avenue of uniform width. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 1st day of May and on the £nth .day of May, 1905, in the South Bend Daily,Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 16th day of May, 1905, at 10 A. M. r7ill hear and receive remenstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
