The Board met in regular session at 10 A. Iti. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Remonstrance filed against the proposed Pipe Sewer on Howard street from <br />the St. Joseph River to St. Louis street. <br />Bond of L. H. Webster filed and approved for Pipe Sewer on Elm street. Contract <br />signed for same. <br />Bond of L. H. Webster filed and approved for Pipe Sewer on Vistula avenue. <br />Contract signed for same. <br />Bond of Hoban & Roach filed and approved for Pipe Sewer on Notre Dame street. <br />Contract signed for same. <br />Bond of Hoban .& Roach filed and approved for Pipe Sewer on St. Louis street. <br />Contract signed for same. <br />Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 37, adopted on the 4th day of April <br />19052 vacating the following described property, to -wit;" <br />The plat or sub -division of Bank Out Lot One hundred seventeen (117) and part <br />of Lot Three hundred fifty -:five (355) Original Plat of South Fend, heretofore approved <br />by this Board on April 15th, 1904, and known as Mary E. Andersons sub -division of <br />Bank Out Lot 117 and lot 355 0. P. South Bend together with all the streets, courts <br />and alleys heretofore dedicated by the said plat. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances -were filed. <br />The Board therefore declare the above described property in all things vacated. <br />Permission granted to R. C. Keogan to temporarily close the 1st alley south of <br />Wayne street from Michigan street.to'-lst alley east of michigan, owing to the erection <br />of an Opera House at No. 320 S. Michigan street. <br />Acting President.- <br />
