178 <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING MARCH 29TH, 1905 AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for the following street improvements <br />to —wit, — <br />Brick Sewer on S. Main street from the end of the present sewer at Broadway to the <br />middle of Indiana avenue, Notre Dame street from Wayne street to the south end of Notre <br />Deme street, Vistula avenue from the St. Joseph River, apposite end of Kline street, to <br />the City Limits, St. Louis street from Madison street to the south end of the Gt_^eet <br />Fellows street from Monroe street to L. S. & M. S. R. R. Right of WayElm street <br />from Colfax avenue to a point south of the first alley. , <br />All under_ Improvement resolutions Nos. 233, 234, 235, 2362 237 and 239 respectively. <br />Engineer riled his estimated cost of the improvements as follows,— <br />S. Main street $2600.00 <br />Notre Dame Street 1700.00 <br />Vistula avenue 6000.00 <br />St. Louis street 00.00 <br />Fellows street 525200.00 <br />Elm street 1300.00 <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were Piled. The <br />Board there fore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the <br />property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improve— <br />ments and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be it Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times and the <br />South Bend Daily Tribune bn the 29th day of March and on the 5 th day of April , 1905, <br />s <br />to the effect that is Board will receive bids for said improvementup to 10 a. m. <br />on the llth day of� 1905. The Board reserves the right to reject eject any and all bids. <br />President. <br />
