Friday March 24th, 1905. <br />Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 17 A. adopted on the 4th day of <br />March, 1905, condemning the following described property, - <br />Begin 14 feet west and 94.6 feet north of the south west corner of lot No. 1 in <br />A. S. Baker's Addition, thence north 2.4 feet thence west 3 feet, thence north 3 feet <br />thence west 3.5 feet, thence south-easterly to place of beginning. <br />Beginning 404 feet east of the east line of Michigan street and 130.2 feet south <br />of the south line of Sample street, thence south 15 feet, thence east 17 feet, <br />more or`less, to the west line of lot 1 in A. S. Baker's lst addition, thence <br />north westerly to place of beginning. <br />Beginning at the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. Baker's lst addition thence <br />north to the north west corner of said lot, thence west 7 feet, thence south to a <br />point 7 feet west of beginning, thence to beginning. <br />Beginning 14 feet west of the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. Baker's lst <br />addition, thence north 97 feet, thence east 7 feet, thence south 97 feet, thence <br />west 7 feet to place of beginning. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed <br />The Board therefore find the said resolution of. -appropriation should be and the same <br />is hereby inall things ratified, confirmed and approved. And said described property <br />should be and the same is hereby condemned and appropriated for public use. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 19, adopted on the 4th day of Marc}j, <br />1905, condemning the following described property,- <br />66 feet off the west side of Bank Out Lot 23 in State Banks First Addition to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, owned by Caroline C. Matthews. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore find that the said resolution of appropriation should be and the <br />same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and said described <br />property should be and the same is hereby appropriated for public use. <br />President. <br />
