Saturday December 3,1904. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Fapczynski absent. Engineer f i2ed assessment rolls and final estimates for the following improvements, to -wit; -- Grade, Curb & Walk on Bissell street from Eddy street to Arthur street., Quincy street from Cottage Grove avenue to Allen street, Curb & Grade on Florence street from Johnson street to Wilbur street. Cement curb on College street from Washington street to Linden avenue, Brick Pavement on alley east of Michigan street from Mayne street to Grand Trunk Alley, Trunk Sewer on South Bend avenue from St. Joe River to Arthur street. .All under improvement resolutions Nos. 222, 2169 213, 2157 209 and 191 resp.. Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South.Bend Daily Tribune, com- mencing on the 5th day of December 1904, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount.of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of December, 1904, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and,the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 5th day of December 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing upon the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of December 1904, at 7:15 P. M. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 33. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City,of South Bend, Indiana. That It is desirable to vacate the following: -- Alley between lots 7 and 10 in Coquillard's 2nd, Addition. Begin at the south west corner of Lot 7 in Coquillard's 2nd addition, thence east 165 feet to the south east corner of lot 7 in said addition, thence south 13.96 feet to the north east corner of lot 10 in said addition, thence west to a e point 41.3 feet east of the north west corner of lot 10 which point is in the north line of proposed Boulevard, thence on a straight line to place of beginning. Alley between lots 9 and 13 Coquillard's 2nd, addition. Begin at the south west corner of lot 9 Coquillard's addition, thence east 165 feet to the south east corner of lot 9 in_said addition, thenee,.,13.56 feet to the north east corner of lot 13 in said addition,pthence west to a point 9.9 feet east of the North west corner of lot 13 in saic�,w"hich point is in the north line of the proposed Boulevard thence on,a straight line to place of beginning. Alley between lots 2-7-10 and 1-9-9 Coquillard's 2hd addition. Begin at the north west corner of lot 1 in Coquillard's 2nd addition, thence south to the south west corner of lot 9 in said addition. thence in north westerly direction to a point 42 feet south of north east corner of lot 10 in said addition, thence .north to north east corner of lot 2 thence east 14 feet to place of beginning.
