es The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. t The Engineer filed assessment rolls for the following improvements, to -wit; Cement sidewalks on N. Jackson street, Cement sidewalks on N. Side of Madison street, from Eddy street to Arthur street, Grading South Bend Avenue from Eddy street to Woodward avenue all under improvement resolutions Nos. 2M1, 211 & 193 respectively. Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune commencing on the 28th day of September 1904, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount ofsuch assessments at its office in the city hall on the llth day of October 1904 at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further that the entire"-sork under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate.thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of September 1904 in the South Bend Dailjr Times and the - South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the accept- ance of such work at its office in the City Hall onthe llth day of October 1904, at 7:15 P. M. Pres 6 ; OILY, I* ONE it The Board met in Special session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. Hearing given on the assessment rolls and final estimates for the following improvements to -wit: Brick Pavement on Ohio street from Michigan street to Carroll street, Grade, Curb & Walk on Vassar avenue all under improvement resolution Nos. 191, 192 respectively. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 9th 1904 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board of Public Works find that the assessment rolls filed September 9th 1904 and the final estimate allowed September 9th 1904 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
