29 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Nicar absent. <br />Street. Commissioner instructed to roll E. Broadway street, <br />Stanfield street hearing on assessment roll for -Grade, Curo & Walk held over <br />until Tuesday August 16th, 1904 at 10 a. m. <br />Hearing on Lawrence street under improvement resolution no 199 continued until <br />Wednesday August 17th, 1904 at 1-0 a. m. <br />I, Margaret M._Stull of St Joseph County Indiana, state that I am the owner of the <br />of the tract of ground in the city of South Bend known as Stull's Fourth Addition <br />to said city of which a plat was approvedby the Board of Public Works on the 24th day <br />of July 1902; that said plat was never placed of record in the recorders office of <br />St. Joseph County, and that the same has been abondened and that the same will not <br />be placed of record; but that said ground is included in the plats known as Stull's <br />Fourth and Stull"s Fifth additions to said City a copy of each of which is herewith <br />submitted for the consideration of the Board-. <br />August 13t h, 1904. <br />Signed, <br />Margaret M.
