-2 5 The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All meubers present. Bond of L. H. Webster released on Marion Boulevard and Navarre street Pipe Seger. Bond of Hoban & Roach released on Brick pavement on Thomas street and Brick Pavement on West Division street. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 210. Resolved by the Board of Plb lic Works of the 'City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be rade of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of Cement Cuzb ink and Sidewalks on Notre Dame avenue and -grading said avenue from South Bend avenue to Napoleon street, excepting Corby street intersection already graded. Said impoovement shall be known and designated as THE NOTRE DAME AVENUE GRADE CUl$ & WALK. and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work sha 1 be published on the 8t h day of August and on the 15t� day of,August 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23 day of August 1904, at 7:15 p. M. and will receive bids up to 10 a. m. on the 24t h day of August 1904. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, .size, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of Cement Sidewalks on East Madison street from Eddy street to. Arthur St. Said improvement shall be known and designated as TIE EAST MIADISO2- STREET SIDEWALKS and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals forbids for the execution of the above work shall be published on to 8th day of August and on the 15th day of August 1904, in the Sout h B end Daily Times and t he Sout h B end Daily Trib une.
