15. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 203. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of tle kind, size_, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of cement _curbing and sidewalks on both sides of Pulaski street and grading the roadway to the established grade rrom. Division street to Ford street. Said improvement shell be Down and designated as "The Pulaski street Grade, Curie & Walk" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications preparedby the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 27 day of July and on clhe _3 day of August 1904, in the South Bend Daily Time and the South Bend Daily Tribune. -This Board will ;give a hearing on this resolution at its ,office in the City Hall on the 9 day of August 1904, at 7 :15 P. M. and w ,11 receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 10 day of August 1904. Adopted this 26 day of July 1904. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 204. Resolvedby the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The improvement of Jackson street by.grading the street to the established grade and con- structing Cement sidewalks and curbing on each side of the roadway from Division street to Ford street. Said improvement shell be known and designated as the "Jackson Street Grade Curb & Walk" and, shall be constructed according to the plans and .speciications preparedby the City Civil Engineer , filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for laids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 27 day of July and on the 3 day of August 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend 'Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its off�e, in the City Ball on the 9th day of August 1904, at 7:15 P. M. and will receive bids up to 10 a.. m on the 10 &ay of August 1904.
