Resolved By the Board of Pulplic Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana That an improvement ^Be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follov�s: �. A local sewer in and along Van -Buren street, Cottage Grove avenue, Allen street, Blain avenue and Cleveland avenue, as follows, Begining at Cushing street and Van Buren strw- thence West on Van Buren street, with a 20 inch sewer to Harrison avenue, thence crest with a 18 inch sewer to Allen street, thence West with a 15 Inch sewer to Cleveland avenue, thence west with a 12 inch sewer to Howard avenue: also a 12 inch pipe sewer on Cottage Grove avenue, running from Van Buren street to Quincy street or Portage avenue, and from Van Buren street to Michigan avenue; also a 12 inch pipe sewer on Allen street from Van Buren street to Michigan avenue; also a 12 inch pipe sewer on Blain avenue from Van Buren street to Michigan avenue; also a 12 inch pipe sewer on Cleveland avenue from Van Buren street to Michigan avenue, including all manholes, flushtanks, street inlets, andsurface water connections, and house connections carried. to the curR line, all as shown on the plans and profiles and detail plans of said sewers. Said improvement shall Be known and designated as "CUSHING ADDITION SEINER" and shall re constructed accordinG to the plans and specifications prepared „y the City CiVil EnGineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for Bids for the execution of the aBove wrrk shall Be puBlished on the 20 day of July and on the 27 day of July, 1904 in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune Ths.Board will Jive a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 2� day of August 1904, a.t 7:15 P.
