Tuesday July 19th. 1904. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. A1.1 members present. Contract signed with William P. Draper for Water Connections on Ohio,street and Vistula avenue, IMPROVFMENT RESOLUTION NO. 195. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana:That .an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; A local sewer in and along Bronson Street and Marietta street from. Vistula avenue and Bronson street to Sample street.Said improvement shall be known and designated as the Bronson street Sewer and shall be constructed according to the plans and speci- fications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, -tiled Herewith. Notice of this reso- lution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be publish- ed on the 20 day of July, 1904 and on the 27th day of July 1904 in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 2 day of August 1904, at 7:15 P. M. and wi11 receive bids up to 10 am.on the 3rd day of August 1904. Adopted this 19th day of July 1904. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMJT RESOLUTION NO. 196. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the ,kind size, location and terminalpoints as follows: A local sewer in and along Osborne street from Vistula avenue to the end of Osborne street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the Osborne Street Sewer and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work_ shall be published on the 20 day of July and on the 27 day of July 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Laily Tribune. This Board wil give a hearin- on this resolution at its office ir_ the City Hall on the 2 day of August 1904, at 7:15 P. and will receive bids up to 10 A. 11. on the 3 day of August 1904. Resolved by the -2oard of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points a follows: A local sewer in and along Birdsell street from Washington street to Linden avenue the Sewer to be of Vitrified Pipe of size as shown on plans viz:- 15" X 12"-all house connections shall be run to cur„ line. Said improvement shall Be known and designated as Birdsell street Pipe Sewer and shall -e oonstructed according to the plans and specifications prepared By the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for Bids for the execution of the aBove work shall Be puBlished on the 20 day of July and on the 27 day of July 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribue. This poard will give hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 2 day of August 1904, at 7:15 p. m. and will receive Bids up to 10 A. M. on the 3 day of Aug 1904.
