<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Molnar, seconded by Mr. Gathers and carried by roll call, the above
<br />quotations were referred to Engineering for review and recommendation. Ms. Maradik noted for
<br />the record that there was a question in the Live Q&A requesting a repeat of the Robert Henry bid
<br />details. Attorney McDaniels addressed the comment and shared the information requested.

<br />Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on April 13, 2021, bids were received
<br />and opened for the above referenced contract. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Bandit Industries, Inc., 6750 Millbrook Rd., Remus, MI 49340, in the amount of $696,500.
<br />Therefore, Mr. Molnar made a motion that the recommendation be accepted, and the bid be
<br />awarded as outlined above. Mr. Gathers seconded the motion, which carried by roll call.

<br />In a Memo to the Board, Ms. Nancy Clay, Utilities, advised that on April 13, 2021, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced chemicals. After reviewing those bids, Ms. Clay
<br />recommended that the contracts be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders in
<br />unit prices as listed below. Ms. Maradik noted for the Board that this is a divisible bid, and that
<br />bids were awarded therefore by Item Number:
