Page 2 of 2 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS THAT: <br />The Board of Public Works for the City of South Bend, under the power vested by the <br />City of South Bend Municipal Code Section 20-3, shall designate and mark ride share zones, <br />direct the City’s team of engineers, street, and public safety officials to determine the designation <br />process, the sign designs, and installation locations. <br />ADOPTED this 11th. day of May, 2021.
