Riverside Drive Lighting <br />President Gelfman asked the Historic Districts Committee to bring forth a <br />resolution in subsequent meetings. <br />iv. Local Landmarks <br />Ridgedale/Twyckenham Hills Gates <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion from Sarah Andrews, seconded by Mary Brazinsky, and <br />carried by a unanimous vote, the Historic Preservation Commission tables <br />the Ridgedale/Twyckenham Hills Gates assessment until the February <br />meeting. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. 2021 HPC Officer elections <br />(Audio Position 1:15:38) <br />The 2021 slate of officers as determined in the December HPC meeting was read by Elicia <br />Feasel: Michele Gelfman was nominated for President, Sarah Andrews was nominated for <br />Vice President, Joan Downs-Krostenko was nominated for Secretary, and Mary Brazinsky <br />was nominated for Treasurer. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Patrick Deegan, seconded by David Wyncott and unanimously carried, the <br />Historic Preservation Commission adopts the slate of officers for the 2021 calendar year. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. City/County Feedback <br />Michele Gelfman stated that she believed the Commission should meet with representatives <br />in local government upon the completion of the Standards update.
