Third District The attached Ordinance would formally establish and address the Ann Puzzello overall purpose of the program, the eligibility requirements, the financial Fourth District incentives, the procedures involved, as well as reserve the right for additional regulations to be established as the program evolves. Linas Slavinskas Fifth District You will recall that through the budgetary process, the South Bend Common Council did establish monies for such a program to become Thomas Zakrzewski effective in 1995. Sixth District The Council will formally need to establish the exact boundaries of Sean Coleman the areas incorporated within the "Operation Safe Neighborhoods Areas" At Large throughout the City of South Bend. I would recommend that this Bill be sent to the Public Safety Committee for review and recommendation, and Loretta Duda have further input from the Council, Chief Marciniak, and Members of the At Large FOP.
