Mr. Cottrell stated the Board now needs to ratify the amendment on behalf of the City. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Taylor seconded by Mr. Collins and carried, the amendment was ratified. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — OCTOBER 2012 <br />Fire Chief Stephen Cox submitted to the Board the monthly report for the month of October 2012 <br />compiled by the Prevention/Inspection Bureau of the Fire Department. Mr. Cottrell stated if there <br />were no objections, the Board would accept the report for filing as presented. <br />A summary is as follows: <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Miller stated on behalf of the Board, he would like to commend Mr. Taylor on his induction into <br />the Hall of Fame at a ceremony occurring that evening. <br />Mr. Cottrell stated he would like to recommend the Board provide an answer to a question on the <br />............. <br />Board's stand regarding the "Whistleblower Policy" from Councilman Oliver Davis. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Cottrell declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 9:40 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />Patrick Cottrell, President <br />Laura A.
