Schools offering a correspondence course not <br /> requiring actual attendance of class shall not be deemed a recognized school. is a member in good <br /> standing of at least one(1) of the following: <br /> The American Massage Therapy Association <br /> (ii) The American Medical Massage Therapy Association <br /> (iii) The National Certification Board for therapeutic Massage and Bodywork <br /> (iv) A state agency or a board or other organization established by Indiana <br /> state law which has as its purpose the regulation or monitoring of the <br /> massage industry and/or therapists in the State of Indiana; <br /> (v) A school, as determined by the Health Department, which has for its <br /> purpose the teaching of the theory, ethics, practice methods, and <br /> profession or work of massage therapy and which requires that a student <br /> successfully complete a course of study of not less than five hundred <br />
