11) 315 W. North Shore - WNS Owner requested approval to construct a 12 x 12 addition on west side (see Staff Report - Appendix k). Mrs. Choitz mowed to approve with the stipulations: 1) that more appropriate roofing materials be investigated as to appropriateness and price; 2) that the hip roof more closely matches that of the front hip roof; 3) that the use of brick should be minimized because of match problems; 4) that appropriate landscaping i located around addition; Mr. Newburn seconded; Mr. Herendeen abstained; motion passed. Mr. Herendeen moved to change the order of the agenda to accommodate the visitors; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion passed. b. Budget & Finance In lieu of discussion, a report will be sent. C. Milton - 2nd Reading Mr. Newburn moved to approve unanimous decision from the April 18, 1988 meeting and to forward the ordinance to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation; Mrs. Petr•ass seconded; motion passed. 2) 19109 Johnson Rd. - LL Mr. Nimtz moved to continue to the next meeting due to lack of presence of petitioner; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion passed. 3) 12594 S.R. 23 - LL - 2nd Reading Mr. Herendeen moved to approve unanimous decision of April 18, 1988 meeting for request to remove Lot 3 from landmark designation; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion passed. Owner requested approval to amend legal description to delete part of Lot 2 from landmark status. Mr. Hayes moved to amend the legal description to delete part of Lot 2 from landmark status and to modify the request to include a 13' x 185' portion east of the barn. This would create a 25' buffer zone on the east side of the barn; Mr. Nimtz seconded; Mrs. Choitz against; Mr. Herendeen and Mr. Oxian abstained. This will create a 25' buffer zone.
