The Redevelopment <br /> Commission was the original developer of this industrial park and this action will help to correct an <br /> issue with ownership, maintenance and control of the park's two common area retention ponds. <br /> The professional service proposal will provide survey services to prepare a Two Lot/One Outlot Minor <br /> Subdivision for Lots # 5 & 6 of the U.S. 31 Industrial Park Subdivision Phase II Subdivision. The <br /> purpose of the Minor Subdivision is to split off from the buildable portion of the lot the existing <br /> retention basin.The proposed Outlot that will contain the retention basin will be owned by the City of <br /> South Bend. City Ordinances require the Minor Subdivision process for splitting the property as <br /> described above. Our cost estimate for the preparation of the Minor Subdivision is shown below: <br /> The cost for the preparation of the Minor Subdivision, all required paper work, setting of property <br /> corners, attendance at required Plat Committee meetings, filing and recording fees would be <br /> $4,350.00. <br /> Staff requests approval of the proposal. <br /> 227 W.JEFFERSON BLVD.
