ACTIVITY QTY RATE AMOUNT <br />utilities, telephone lines, TV cable etc. and any <br />underground pipelines that could affect immediate area <br />of installation. <br />Upon receipt of purchasers signed contract and deposit <br />seller will immediately schedule the installation process <br />and notify the states central location office for location of <br />primary utility lines of property said. Please note that <br />purchaser is responsible for informing seller and locating <br />all self-ran and secondary lines in and around of property <br />said which also includes irrigation and/or septic systems. <br />Purchaser agrees to pay invoice in full according to <br />payment terms described on proposal per attached. In <br />addition, purchaser agrees to pay seller the greater of <br />monthly interest computed at 2% per month on any past <br />due amount or monthly late fee of $20.00. If purchaser <br />fails to pay invoice according to payment terms <br />purchaser recognizes and agrees that seller shall have <br />the right to file a lien against purchaser’s property. <br />Purchaser agrees to be responsible for and pay all of the <br />seller’s costs of collection and/or enforcement of the <br />contract, including without limitation, attorney fees, court <br />costs, and recording fees. <br />Acceptance of proposal; the prices and specifications are <br />satisfactory and hereby accepted.
