In-like-manner;-the-eemmissien-shall mmediately-notify-the-ehief-ef-Peliee;-subsequent-to-the-hearng-ef the-deeisien-ef-the-eemmissien- (wm) Penalty. Any person, or any agent, servant, employee or officer thereof;-violating who violates any of the provisions of this section, or who aids or abets in the procuring of a violation of any provision, part or portion of this section, or who causes to be filed an application for a permit which contains false or fraudulent statements of fact, shall be deemed in violation of this section. Upon conviction, he shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50. 00) ner or more than ene-thousand-dollars-0179e(9:e9). two thousand five hundred dollars ( $2,500.00) for each offense. Each violation-shall-be-deemed-a-separate-offense;-and-eaeh-aet-in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. SECTION II . Chapter 13 , Article 1, of the Municipal Code of South Bend , is deleted in its entity and reserved for future use. SECTION III . Nothing herein shall affect rights and liabilities accrued prior to the effective date of this ordinance. SECTION IV. If any portion of this ordinance shall be declared illegal or unconstitutional, that determination shall not affect the balance thereof. SECTION V.
