NEW BUSINESS <br />A. 2021 HPC officer elections – slate of officers <br /> <br />Commissioner Downs Krostenko nominated Commissioner Gelfman to continue in her <br />position as President with a second by Commissioner Wyncott. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brazinsky nominated Commissioner Andrews for Vice President with a <br />second by Commissioner Downs Krostenko. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brazinsky nominated Commissioner Downs Krostenko as Secretary with a <br />second by Commissioner Andrews. <br /> <br />Commissioner Andrews nominated Commissioner Brazinsky as Treasurer with a second by <br />Commissioner Deegan. <br /> <br />The following slate of officers will be presented at the January meeting for a vote: <br /> <br />President – Commissioner Gelfman <br />Vice President – Commissioner Andrews <br />Secretary – Commissioner Down Krostenko <br />Treasurer – Commissioner Brazinsky <br /> <br />VIII.
