The foundation is rusticated concrete block. The walls are vinyl siding. The <br />hipped roof and dormers are covered with asphalt shingles. There is a full -length front <br />screened in porch with a concrete foundation, wood support posts and railings. The windows <br />are 6/6 vinyl replacements with some 1/1 double hung. There are 6 /6 and 8/8 double hung <br />windows on the addition. <br /> <br />ALTERATIONS: RME 2018-0323 approved removal often concrete ste ps leftover from <br />house tom down 25 years ago (523 Riverside Dr), filled and covered with landscaping. COA <br />2015-0401 approved complete tear off Sheriff Goslin roof down to the decking, repair decking <br />as needed and completely install new roofing system using architectural shingles, soffit vents <br />and gutters will be replaced in kind as needed. COA 2007 -0423 approved complete tear off to <br />decking and re-roof with asphalt 30 yr Prestige High Definition Shingles, install 7/16 OSB
