Page three is a checklist that may assist you in ensuring your <br />application is complete – I always encourage people to error on the side <br />of too much information. If you have questions regarding the <br />application process, or information that you think you may need to <br />include, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. <br /> <br />Note: please check to makes sure that the text you have entered on <br />your application has been saved. You made need to ‘print to pdf’ the <br />document and save it under a new name to ensure the text is retained. <br /> <br />Once you’ve submitted your application electronically, our colleague <br />Business Licensing Administrator Michelle Adams will contact you so <br />that you may pay the $20.00 application fee over the phone. Once <br />we’ve received the application and the application fee, staff will review <br />your project and process/prepare it for the Commission as needed. <br />Were you project to need to be heard by the Historic Preservation <br />Commission’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting, the deadline for <br />inclusion on a meeting’s agenda is the first Monday of the <br />month. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the <br />month. Currently meetings are being held via Microsoft Teams <br />‘electronically.’ Under normal circumstances, our meetings are held in <br />the Common Council chambers on the 4thFloor of the County‐City <br />Building. <br /> <br />When a Certificate of Appropriateness is generated by our office for <br />your project, the property owner or the contractor may then acquire a <br />Building Permit from the Building Department.
