This agreement as dated and signed on Contract, by and between Asscher Roofing Company LLC , hereinafter referred to as "Company" 1126 W Western Avenue, South Bend, IN 46601 and Signee/Purchaser hereinafter referred to as "Customer". General Scope of Project Asscher Roofing Company LLC will provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the job, as described on the Notes sections above. Contract Price In consideration for the work to be performed, the customer agrees to pay Asscher Roofing Company the total sum of the amount labeled "Total Amount:" This contract is contingent on the permits from local county jurisdiction approving the proposed work above. A down payment of 50% is due at signing this agreement. Balance will be due as follows: 1. Remainder of the full balance after the completion of the work agreed.€� Warranty Information: We know that assurances are hard to come by, that's why Asscher Roofing Company wants to give you the best warranties possible. We always provide a free two year labor warranty. We encourage all our customers to install our diamond standard package to get the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty. Our 2 Year Labor Warranty: We provide our 2 year labor warranty standard on all systems we install regardless of the products used, the shingles installed, or the cost of your system. What we cover: Any Home Damages: if your home incurs any damage during the tear off or installation process, we'll take care of any repairs for you. Any Installation Failures: if you get a leak In your home or attic after we've installed a you roofing system we'll come and provide a free inspection and repairs to make sure your system works right. Any Exterior Roofing Issues: if you roof has missing or cracked shingles within the first year of installation, we'll replace anything that wasn't installed to our standards or failed to meet our requirements for quality to make sure you're comfortable. Change Orders During the course of project, the customer, without invalidating the contract, may order changes in the work consisting of additions, deletions, or modifications. The contract sum and time frame shall be adjusted accordingly. Such changes in work shall be authorized in writing by both parties. Customer agrees that any changes resulting in the furnishing of additional labor, materials or equipment shall be paid for prior to commencement of extra work. Access Customer shall grant free access to work area for workers, vehicles and allow areas for storage of materials and debris. Driveway and or parking lot shall be kept clear and available for movement of vehicles during scheduled working hours. Reasonable efforts to protect driveway, lawn, shrubs and other vegetation shall be made. However, we will not be responsible for damage to any of the items mentioned above, unless damage results from our own gross negligence. Performance Time The Company shall substantially complete all work under this contract in a timely manner after beginning work, subject to the following delays; acts of God, weather, customer changes, acts of neglect or omission of customer, permits, or other causes beyond the control of The Company. Matching Materials Asscher Roofing Company LLC calls attention to the customer that while every effort is made to blend existing textures, colors, etc; exact duplication is not guaranteed. Differing Site Conditions Asscher Roofing Company LLC stipulates that the work site has been visited and we are familiar with the work to be performed.
