M <br /> SECTION III . Section V of Ordinance No . 7896-88 is <br /> hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows : <br /> SECTION V . HOLIDAYS - Employees shall receive eight and <br /> one half (8 1/2 ) designated holidays as approved by the <br /> Board of Public Works and one ( 1 ) non-designated holiday . <br /> An employee may choose one of the following holidays for <br /> use as the non-designated holiday : <br /> George Washington ' s Birthday <br /> Abraham Lincoln ' s Birthday <br /> Martin Luther King ' s Birthday <br /> Columbus Day <br /> SECTION IV . All Other Sections of Ordinance 7896-88 shall <br /> remain in full force and effect . <br /> SECTION V .
