The Fire Chief <br /> shall forward to the Board of Public Safety the names of <br /> those firefighters eligible for the Engineer rank not later <br /> than the date they become eligible. <br /> SECTION VII. All other language contained in Ordinance <br /> No. 7900-88 which is not specifically amended herein is <br /> reaffirmed and continued in full force and effect. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> and after its passage by the Council and approval by the <br /> Mayor. <br /> â– ember of the Common Council <br />
