PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION <br />APRIL 24, 2008 <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Feld on April 28, 2008, at 1308 County -City BLilding, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South <br />Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/ Gary Gilot <br />s/ Donald Inks <br />ATTEST: <br />s /Linda Martin, Cleric <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been Bled with the City Fiscal Cffileer and certified for accuracy. <br />M r. Gilot noted the following claims in the amount indicated were submitted for approval: <br />N ame <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend Payroll <br />( $1,161,601.93 <br />4/30/200 <br />Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claim be approved <br />as submitted. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. <br />The Cleric was instructed to post the agenda and notify the media and other Persons who have <br />requested notice of the greeting agenda. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. Littrell and Mr. Donald E. Inks <br />present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />
