The mvner has entered into a Housing Assistance <br />Payments Callas[ (HAP o3aftaclj with the PHA <br />under the voucher program. Under the HAP <br />contract. the PHA will make housing assistance <br />payments to the owner to assistt[n tensor in leasing <br />the unit from the owner. <br />2.
