Other <br />(1) Memorandum of Understanding with the City of South Bend, Indiana and the <br />University of Notre Dame Du Lac related to the use of Certified Tech Park funds. <br />(Information included in 10/25/12 packet) <br />Mr. Inks asked that Item 5.A.(1) be tabled to the November 29, 2012 meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled Item 5.A.(1) to the November 29, 2012 meeting. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearings <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 3100 appropriating tax increment financing revenues <br />from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related <br />to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area #2. <br />Ms. Leonard -Inks noted that Resolution No. 3100 appropriates $588,000 for payment to the <br />city's Major Moves fund. <br />
