We look forward to working with you. <br /> <br />Project Understanding <br />Following our site visit with you and Code Enforcement on 10/21/2020, we understand <br />that this project is to document the existing fire damage and to develop demolition <br />plans and specifications for the removal of the building at 909 S Michigan Street. <br />Specific demolition details will be provided to reduce impacts to the adjacent building <br />façade and basement at 911 S Michigan Street. We understand the City is trying to <br />coordinate this demolition with the demolition of building to the north at 907 S <br />Michigan Street and 905 S Michigan Street. The scope of work for this proposal only <br />covers the demolition of 909 S Michigan Street. <br /> <br />Project Scope <br />1. Perform a site investigation and drone survey to document the existing fire <br />damage to the building and any damage to the adjacent building. Accessibility is <br />limited and arms length inspection will only be provided where it is safe and <br />reasonable. <br />2. Develop demolition plans including: <br />a. Site/Grading Plans <br />b. Demolition Plans and Details <br />c. Maintenance of Traffic <br />d. Utility Coordination <br />e. Erosion control and inlet protection <br />3. Develop specifications for the project in tandem with the City Specifications
