Construction staking, construction testing, construction inspection. <br /> <br />Work will begin immediately upon receipt of a signed copy of this proposal. If the project is ongoing, our <br />services will be billed monthly on a percent complete basis. Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. <br />Work may be suspended on any account which is 30 days past due until the account is paid in full.
