The <br /> appropriation will accomplish the following: <br /> 1. Provide $95,000 for the Business Development Corporation's use <br /> in the Economic Development Capital Fund. <br /> 2. Provide additional funds for the Housing Rehab Fund. $50, 000 <br /> of these funds would be used for the Emergency Repair program <br /> and $145,000 would be used for the West Washington-Chapin <br /> Housing program. <br /> 3. Adds $45, 319 to the Monroe Park Development fund requested <br /> under a recent transfer bill. All activities will be within <br /> the Monroe Park Area. <br /> 4. Provides $95, 000 for the West Washington Development fund to be <br /> used for costs associated with implementation of the <br /> development plan for the area. <br /> 5.
