One-half (1/2) of the <br /> annual sums listed shall be paid on or before June 15th, <br /> with the remaining one-half (1/2) being paid on or before <br /> December 15th of each year. Said amounts shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> 1990 1991 1992 <br /> $754 $754 $754 <br /> Said clothing allowance shall be prorated in any year a <br /> sworn member or officer retires, resigns, or otherwise <br /> leaves employment. <br />
