The <br /> funds will be used for investigation of the possible contam- <br /> ination of the proposed site of Fredrickson Park. A contract <br /> with the environmental consulting firm of Tenney Pavoni will be <br /> entered into by the Board of Public Works to perform the <br /> necessary groundwater and soil analysis .
