( 2) An area location plan indicating existing and proposed <br /> street systems, subdivision lines, and building types, uses and <br /> approximate locations. <br /> ( 3) Typical floor plans and elevations of all buildings. <br /> ( 4) Copies of legal documents regulating the organization, <br /> construction, operation and/or sale of the development in part or in <br /> whole, including provisions for subsequent subdivision and documents <br /> guaranteeing the protection of open spaces. <br /> ( 5) Tabulated data giving the proposed number and type of <br /> dwelling units, gross acreage., proposed land coverage, ground and <br /> gross floor area, floor areas by use, land areas by use, commercial <br /> facilities, and estimated population and traffic to be generated. <br /> Sec. 21-117 . Exceptions in "A-2" Residential District; procedure. <br /> (a) The procedure for obtaining an exception in an "A-2" <br /> Residential district shall be as follows: <br /> ( 1) The proponent of a Planned Residential Development in an <br /> "A-2" District shall petition the Board for approval as an exception. <br /> The petition shall be accompanied by an overall development plan and <br /> other required documents and data as herein listed. The Board shall <br /> study these plans, documents and data and may then approve subject to <br /> conditions or disapprove the petition. After approval, the proponent <br /> shall submit a minimum of four ( 4) sets of true copies of the final <br /> development plan and all legal documents, as approved, to the Board for <br /> certification. Two (2) sets shall be filed with the Board, one ( 1) set <br /> with the Building Commissioner and one (1) set returned to the <br /> proponent. <br /> ( 2) Upon receipt of a set of certified development plans and <br /> documents from the Board the Building Commissioner is authorized to <br /> issue permits for buildings and improvements in accordance with the <br /> development plan. <br /> ( 3) For any change or amendment of the development plan or <br /> the organization or the operation of the development the proponent <br /> shall submit a written request for approval to the Board.
