(D) Floodlights are directed and shielded so as not to <br /> be an annoyance to street or highway traffic or to developed <br /> residential property; and, <br /> (E) All electrical conduction shall be installed <br /> underground. <br /> f6}(5) Fairs, displays, shows, and exhibits. Provided <br /> that: <br /> (A) They are conducted by public or semi-public <br /> voluntary organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Campfire <br /> Girls, Izaac Walton League, 4-H Fair; <br /> (B) The parcel of land is not less than ten ( 10) acres <br /> in area; <br /> (C) All buildings, structures, and uses shall be located <br /> not less than one hundred ( 100) feet from adjoining property lines; <br /> (D) Adequate off-street parking shall be provided and <br /> shall be located not less than fifty (50) feet from the nearest <br /> property line; <br /> (E) All required setback areas shall be permanently <br /> maintained as open space, except for walks, driveways, fences, and <br /> structures or buildings for admission control; and, <br /> (F) There is no housing of animals except in connection <br /> with exhibits. <br /> ( 6) For the purpose of creating an effective buffer between <br /> residential and commercial or industrial uses, the Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals may permit parking lots in any residential district where the <br /> area is adjacent to any commercial or industrial district, or is <br /> separated therefrom by a street or alley not over thirty (30) feet in <br /> width. Such parking lot shall be subject to any conditions and <br /> recommendations that the Board may impose for the protection of the <br /> residential property. <br /> (7) Mass transportation off-street loading or unloading <br /> locations which do not include a permanent, enclosed structure. <br /> Sec. 21-113. Exceptions in "B" Residence Residential Districts. <br />
