"B" Height and Area District <br /> "C" Height and Area District <br /> "D" Height and Area District <br /> "E" Height and Area District <br /> "F" Height and Area District <br /> "G" Height and Area District <br /> (b) The boundaries of such districts, as shown in the "Book of <br /> Maps" , are established, the map being designated as the "Height and <br /> Area District Map" . <br /> Sec. 21-40. Construction to conform to District regulations. <br /> Except as hereinafter provided no building shall be erected or <br /> structurally altered except in conformity with the regulations herein <br /> established for the Height and Area District in which such building is <br /> located, subject, however, to such modifications as may be imposed by <br /> the St. Joseph County Aviatiea-eemmissienAirport Authority. <br /> Sec. 21-41.. Lot area; minimum. <br /> No lot area shall be so reduced er-diminished by sale, lease, use <br /> or otherwise that the yards or open spaces shall be smaller than. <br /> prescribed by this Chapter, nor shall the area of any residential lot <br /> be reduced by sale, lease, use, or otherwise to less than forty-eight <br /> hundred ( 4,800) square feet. <br /> Sec. 21-42. Lots for residential purposes.; minimum area. <br /> Except lots of record on June 13, 1949 no lot or parcel of land <br /> shall be used for residential purposes, if the lot or parcel is less <br /> than sixty (60) feet in width at the setback line and less than six <br /> thousand ( 6,000) square feet in area. <br /> Sec. 21-42.5.
