(1) All mobile home subdivisions shall meet zoning <br /> requirements for the "A" Residential Use District and the "A" Height <br /> and Area District of this Chapter. <br /> ( 2) All mobile home subdivision development must meet the <br /> procedural requirements and design standards of the subdivision <br /> ordinance, as amended. <br /> ( 3) This section shall not prohibit the construction of <br /> dwelling units which meet the regulations concerned with dwelling units <br /> within the city. <br /> ( 4) Consideration will be given to any developer who wishes <br /> to develop a-planned-unit-development an unique design and/or wishes <br /> to control his development with a homes association. <br /> ( 5) The minimum area of a mobile home subdivision shall be <br /> ten (10) acres with a minimum of two hundred (200) feet of frontage on <br /> a public street. <br /> ( 6) No more than one ( 1) single-family dwelling unit shall be <br /> placed on any one (1) mobile home subdivision lot. <br /> (7) No single-family dwelling unit with less than five <br /> hundred ( 500) square feet in a primary unit, exclusive of cabanas, <br /> shall be permitted on any lot in a mobile home subdivision. <br /> Sec. 21-17. "B-1" Residential District; site plan requirements. <br /> (a) Preliminary or sketch plan. A preliminary or sketch plan <br /> shall be submitted with the zoning petition to indicate the <br /> petitioner' s intent relative to the general land use and circulation <br /> arrangement and also show the following: <br /> (1) A typical arrangement of lots along a street with <br /> dimensions. <br /> ( 2) Tabulated data stating acreage of site, number of lots, <br /> density--gross and net, percentage of land in open space, percentage <br /> covered (including walks, patios, roofs, streets, etc. ) <br /> (3) Dimensioned cross section of the entrance roads. <br /> (4) Soil map. <br /> ( 5) Location of adjacent streets and sanitary and storm <br />
