"F-1" Floodway District. <br /> "F-2" Floodway Fringe District. <br /> (d) "HP" Historic Preservation Districts shall be established as <br /> overlay zoning districts. <br /> Sec. 21-7. Boundaries of districts; uncertainty. <br /> (a) Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the <br /> various districts as, shown in the "Book of Maps," as adopted in section <br /> 21-5, the following rules shall apply: <br /> (1) The district boundaries are either streets or alleys <br /> unless otherwise shown, and where the designation in the "Book of Maps" <br /> indicating the various districts are approximately bounded by street or <br /> alley lines, the street or alley shall be construed to be the boundary <br /> of such districts. <br /> ( 2) Where the district boundaries are not otherwise indicated <br /> and where the property has been or may hereafter be divided into blocks <br /> and lots, the district boundaries shall be construed to be lot lines, <br /> and where the designation in the "Books of Maps" indicating the <br /> various districts are approximately bounded by lot lines, the lot line <br /> shall be construed to be the boundary of such district, unless the <br /> boundaries are otherwise indicated in the "Book of Maps." <br /> (3) In subdivided property, the district boundary line in the <br /> "Book of Maps" shall be determined by use of the scale contained in <br /> such book. <br /> DIVISION 2. "A" RESTBENBE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> Sec. 21-8.
