districts described in this chapter are set forth in and on maps hereby <br /> designated as a "Book of Maps" together with all amendments thereto and <br /> the proper notations, references and other information shown thereon <br /> are hereby adopted and by this reference made a part of this chapter <br /> with the same force and effect as though described and set out in full <br /> herein. <br /> (b) At least two (2) copies of the "Book of Maps" are on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk for public inspection and use. <br /> Sec. 21-5. 5 Subdivision of land permitted. <br /> Subdivision of land per the City subdivision ordinance may occur in <br /> all zoning districts. <br /> ARTICLE 2. Use district regulations; boundaries; Use District Map. <br /> (a) In order to regulate and restrict the location of trades, <br /> callings, industries, commercial enterprises and the location of <br /> buildings designed for specified uses, the City is divided into "Use <br /> Districts," of which there shall be eleven (11) known as: <br /> "A" Residenee Residential District. <br /> "A-1" Residenee Residential District. <br /> "A-2" Planned Residential Development District. <br /> "A-3" Mixed Use Multifamily Residential and Commercial <br /> District. <br /> "B" Residenee Residential District. <br /> "B-1" Residenee Residential District. <br /> "C-1" Commercial District. <br /> "C-2" Planned Shopping Center District. <br /> "C" Commercial District. <br /> "D" Light Industrial District. <br /> "E" Heavy Industrial District. <br /> (b) The boundaries of the districts are shown upon the Use <br /> District Map contained in the "Book of Maps." <br />
