Committee the above named Bills. <br /> of the Whole <br /> Bill No. 17-90, sponsored by Council Member <br /> Slavinskas, has been amended by maintaining <br /> Stephen Luecke "Provided that" in paragraph (6) of Section I. and <br /> First District maintaining " (A) " and underlining " (Reserved) " in <br /> that same paragraph. <br /> Donald Niezgodski <br /> Second District Bill No. 32-90, sponsored by Council Member <br /> Puzzello, has been amended in the Statement of <br /> William Soderberg Purpose and Intent by deleting "requirements" in <br /> Third District line 6 of paragraph 2 and by addin g "above ground" <br /> Ann Puzzello in line 7 before "swimming. " <br /> Fourth District <br /> All other provisions of these Bills have remained <br /> Linas Slavinskas the same.
