Linas Slavinskas This Bill sets forth all of the pay and monetary Fifth District fringe benefits tentatively agreed to by both wage Thomas Zakrzewski committees late Friday evening. The South Bend Sixth District Firefighters Association, Local No. 362, met on Sunday and today and have ratified the City's Sean Coleman final offer. At Large The wage package includes $800.00 added to the Loretta Duda base in 1991 for the rank of engineer and above, At Large and $500.00 to ranks below Engineer. In 1992, John Voorde $750.00 will be added to the base for all ranks of At Large Engineer and above, and $500.00 will be added to the base below the rank of Engineer. In 1993, all ranks will receive a 4.5% increase to their base pay of 1992 except the 1st Class Firefighter rank which will have a 5% increase. Additionally, if the local option income tax is adopted in 1991, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand $300. 00 will be added to the salary base listed in Council Attorney Y 1993 but shall not be attributable to the base for
