All of these wage items are <br /> recommended for the Sworn Members represented by <br /> the Fire Negotiating Team. <br /> Holiday Pay is recommended to you to be increased <br /> from $544. 00 to $600.00 for 1991, 1992, and 1993 . <br /> Clothing Allowance is recommended to be increased <br /> from $799. 00 to $900.00 in 1991, $950. 00 in 1992, <br /> and $^50.00 in 1993. <br /> All Specialty Pays based on a percentage, would <br /> increase pursuant to the current established <br /> percentages based on the Engineer rank. <br /> Additionally, the EMT pay is recommended to remain <br /> at $350. 00 for all three years. A new Specialty <br /> Pay for "Reserve Medic" is recommended to be paid <br /> in 1991 at $350. 00, $400.00 in 1992 , and $425. 00 <br /> in 1993 . <br /> It is recommended that Health Insurance for the <br /> Fire Department be identical to the program <br /> adopted last year for all other City Departments. <br /> Additionally, we recommend a Retirement Sick-Day <br /> Buy-Back Program, and adjustments in Sick-Day and <br /> Vacations, however, the two-tier systems would be <br /> maintained. <br /> Monies related to the neo-natal program we <br /> recommend to be $50. 00 in 1991, $60.00 in 1992, <br /> and $75.00 in 1993 for each firefighters be per 12 <br /> hour shift volunteering for such service. <br /> This entire package is the result of countless <br /> hours of negotiations. The City Team recommends <br /> that the Common Council pass the package as <br /> presented. <br /> The City Team would like to thank the members of <br /> the Fire Negotiating Team, namely Captain Robert <br /> E. Raker, Captain David W. Yoder, Engineer Peter <br /> A. Papoi, Engineer David A. Van DeWielle, and <br /> Engineer Leon L. Stein. <br /> We would additionally like to thank all of the <br /> time and efforts of Chief Luther Taylor and <br /> Assistant Chief Daniel J. Mirocha. <br />
