Perkins <br /> was legally advertised June 7, 1990 and June 9, 1990. The Area Plan Commission <br /> at its public hearing on June 19, 1990, took the following action: <br /> Upon a motion by Harold Means, being seconded by Charles Landesman and <br /> unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance and site development plan of Aileen <br /> H. Perkins and Betty Rose Lueneburg, to zone from "C" Commercial, "A" Height and . <br /> Area to "C" Commercial , "A" Height and Area, property located on the north side <br /> of the 2000 block of East Ireland Road, City of South Bend is sent to the Common <br /> Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to a final site development <br /> plan indicating landscape screening on the north boundary of the project.
