South Side Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3051 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement with the Board <br />of Public Works (Fellows Street Corridor <br />Improvement Project — Supplement #4). <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the purpose of this <br />Amendment to the Master Agency <br />Agreement is to establish professional <br />services for the acquisition of properties in <br />the Fellows Street Corridor. Resolution <br />No. 3051 contains proposals for two <br />appraisers, relocation specialists and title <br />work and was tabled at the last <br />Redevelopment Commission meeting. <br />The intent today is to make a presentation of <br />the logic used to select the Fellows Street <br />option for improvements to address the <br />additional traffic expected due to the <br />rerouting of U.S. 31 traffic to the corner of <br />Fellows St. and Ireland. He introduced Mr. <br />Durr with Christopher Burke Engineering <br />who made the presentation. <br />Mr. Durr noted that Christopher Burke <br />Engineering was the firm chosen to design <br />the Fellows Street Corridor. The goal of the <br />presentation today is to determine the best <br />solution for the community and to secure <br />Commission's support for that option, or to <br />produce other viable options. <br />Mr. Durr presented the following outline: <br />
