We will include all those responses in <br />the documentation made available on October 23. <br />One resident asked if residents could mail the surveys back. There <br />are residents who couldn't do it online and could not get <br />downtown to deliver it. Mr. Ford said that time would be allowed <br />to mail the responses. <br />Mr. Ford noted that a decision will be informed by the survey <br />results, but the survey will not be used as a democratic vote. <br />6.
